I just confirmed the excess amount with her. That"s a lot of money. No offense, but I want to cash the check first and then transfer the difference which means I can't do it until tomorrow. I thought the difference was going to be the $50 between the asking price and what we agreed upon.

I can either cash it and transfer it tomorrow or you can meet me and I'll hand over the cash difference. It's whatever you would prefer.
